Nomor kontrak KPR BTN adalah nomor rekening pembayaran angsuran KPR atau yang biasa disebut nomor debitur.
Adapun nomor kontrak KPR BTN atau nomor kontrak kredit berbeda dengan nomor rekening tabungan.
Jadi, saat Property People memiliki perjanjian kredit di BTN, nomor ini digunakan untuk membayar cicilan atau mengecek tagihan.
Keberadaan nomor kontrak pun sangat penting karena setiap melakukan pembayaran cicilan, kamu harus memasukkan nomor tersebut.
Cara mengetahui no kontrak KPR BTN adalah melihat kembali pada surat Perjanjian KPR atau Surat Penegasan Persetujuan Penyediaan Kredit (SP3K) antara debitur dan bank BTN.
Surat perjanjian ini biasanya diserahkan pada debitur setelah akad kredit yang dilakukan di kantor BTN.

Untuk mengetahui nomor kontrak KPR, kamu juga bisa melihatnya pada aplikasi BTN Mobile.
Jadi, jika kamu belum mengunduhnya, sebaiknya unduh terlebih dahulu aplikasi BTN Mobile di ponsel.
Selain nomor kontrak, Property People juga bisa mengetahui nominal cicilan KPR, denda, sisa masa tenor, hingga suku bunga KPR.
Adapun cara mengetahui no kontrak KPR BTN adalah sebagai berikut:
Unduh aplikasi BTN Mobile di ponsel.
Jika belum aktivasi, lakukan di kantor BTN terdekat.
Setelah aktivasi, daftar akun di aplikasi tersebut.
Log in dengan sandi yang didaftarkan.
Untuk cek no kontrak KPR, pilih informasi rekening.
Pilih bagian Pinjaman.
Di bagian atas, terdapat 16 digit nomor rekening.
3. Cek secara Daring

Cara mengetahui no kontrak KPR BTN lainnya adalah melalui media sosial, salah satunya X.
Pasalnya, mengetahui nomor kontrak KPR BTN lewat media sosial tergolong gampang.
Kamu hanya perlu menyampaikan permohonan melalui direct message (DM) ke @BankBTN dengan menyertakan identitas, seperti nama, NIK, alamat, dan nama ibu kandung.
Kemudian, tunggu balasan dari admin Bank BTN.
4. Melalui Email
Selain menggunakan X, Property People juga bisa cek nomor kontrak KPR BTN melalui email.
Hal ini sangat disarankan oleh pihak BTN.
Adapun, cara mengirim email ke Bank BTN ialah sebagai berikut:
Tulis pesan permohonan pengecekan no kontrak KPR BTN dengan sopan.
Jangan lupa sertakan nama debitur, alamat, tanggal lahir, nomor KTP, nomor ponsel, dan nama ibu kandung.
Setelah diisi lengkap, kirim permohonan ke btncontactcenter@btn.co.id.
