1. Estetika
Apartemen lantai tinggi menawarkan pemandangan yang lebih menarik. Apalagi jika apartemen tersebut berlokasi di tengah lingkungan yang indah.
Misalnya di Jakarta Pusat, kamu bisa melihat pemandangan kota Jakarta dengan lampu-lampu kota yang cantik.
Atau jika kamu beli apartemen yang berlokasi di Jakarta Utara, kamu bisa melihat pemandangan laut biru.
Semakin tinggi posisi lantai apartemen, tentu semakin luas pemandangan yang bisa kamu lihat.
Lain halnya dengan apartemen lantai rendah. Ketika menengok ke jendela, hanya pemandangan jalan yang bisa dilihat.
